Mixing System:
PVC resin is blended proportionally with additives—such as stabilizers, lubricants, fillers (e.g., calcium carbonate), and color masterbatches—to produce a uniform powder mixture.
Conical Twin-Screw Extruder:
The material is plasticized using a heated barrel and a rotating screw.
Extrusion Die:
The molten material is forced through the die, which determines the final cross-sectional shape of the profile—for instance, shapes designed for casement window or sliding window series.
Vacuum Sizing and Cooling System:
Upon exiting the die, the profile enters a vacuum sizing table, where it is cooled via circulating water and held to precise dimensions through vacuum suction to prevent deformation.
Haul-off Unit:
This unit smoothly pulls the solidified profile forward at a constant speed; the speed of this operation directly influences the wall thickness of the profile.
Cutting and Stacking:
An automatic saw cuts the profiles into predetermined lengths (typically 6 meters), after which they are automatically collected by a stacking rack.
