Introduction:
Our company specializes in manufacturing extruders for PE pipe production equipment.
Depending on the specific diameter requirements of the PE pipes, we offer a wide range of extruder models for our customers to choose from.
This production line integrates various processes—including extrusion, cooling and sizing, haul-off, and cutting—into a cohesive, unified system.
This configuration establishes a complete, fully automated production line, enabling comprehensive automated control over the entire workflow, from raw material feeding to finished product output.
Design Philosophy:
1. This system incorporates low-temperature plasticization technology to ensure the quality of the pipes.
2. It utilizes a dedicated Siemens PLC control system to ensure the stability and reliability of the entire production process.
Consist of Machine:
High-Speed Single-Screw Extruder:
The screw-barrier, grooved-barrel extruder features high-speed gearing and intelligent controls to enhance plasticization efficiency and performance.
Die Head:
This equipment features a spiral-distribution die head, complemented by a unique low-pressure flow channel design.
This design ensures the efficient plasticization and extrusion of PE raw materials, thereby guaranteeing high output and stability during the production process while simultaneously extending the service life of the main extruder.
To accommodate varying raw material requirements, multi-layer co-extrusion die heads are also available as an option to effectively reduce production costs.
Pipe Marking Line Extruder:
The pipe marking line (color stripe) is formed via extrusion using a small single-screw extruder paired with a composite die head.
Vacuum Sizing Tank:
Depending on the pipe diameter, a multi-stage vacuum system can be configured.
This unit is equipped with a high-pressure circulating cooling water system, providing robust support for the main extruder to achieve high-speed and high-output operation.
Spray Cooling Tank:
The extended cooling system ensures the efficient cooling of the pipe; meanwhile, the unique piping design effectively reduces the overall length of the cooling section while maintaining superior cooling performance.
Haul-off Unit:
Equipped with a pressure regulation system, the haul-off force can be precisely adjusted as needed.
This unit is characterized by its low applied pressure and high haul-off force; combined with variable frequency control technology, the haul-off speed can be adjusted with high precision and stepless variability.
Dust-free Cutter:
Employing mature dust-free cutting technology, this unit achieves extremely high cutting precision. The cut surface is flat and smooth—free of burrs or deformation—and the cutting process generates absolutely no dust.
Automatic Flip Stand:
The entire structure is constructed from stainless steel.
Its intelligent control system enables seamless integration with the cutting machine, automatically executing the flipping and unloading operations for tubes of a preset length.
